Kheti Mitra – IRA is the brand name under the company M/s Agri matrix India Private Limited registered in Chattisgarh The company was formed to provide one stop solution to all the needs of the farmers. Initially it started with provision of Input sales, advisories and information hub for the farming community. The role further expanded to offer a model for implementation of new and advanced Agri Technologies at the grass route level in a sustainable manner. Towards this, we identified three core challenges. First; that the offerings of technologies are largely product centric. This meant that the satellite technology provider is largely focussed on sales of satellite services. However but thus alone is neither complete nor adequate solution to the entire process of farming. Each of the technologies like IoT, Automation, Satellite, Soil Health, Drones, Block Chain etc has its relevance and specific application area and hence if they are integrated together under a single umbrella it could provide a much impactful solution.
Secondly the technological solutions are largely made in many institutes and urban landscape and hence dealt through a buy and sell relation with the farmer. We believe that unless these are offered as change management where slowly and steadily we gain the confidence of the farmer,
we would not be able to make the transformation Hence we have a vision to create these technology centres in every 25 villages pan India by skilling the local youth and offering them opportunities to be the change model. Thirdly, we need to create model of SPV wherein the best of technologies and solutions could be seamlessly integrated so that the farmers are benefitted through the latest developments in a structured manner.

Complete turn key project based implementation is provided to entities and institutes owning large land parcels (>50 acres)that can be converted to agriculture land by technologies and knowledge.
In accordance with the vision of Digital Agriculture Mission of GoI, set of Agri stacks is made available to all the stake holders from village-district and state for them to take informed decisions .
